Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details. You can follow along the progress of your order with this tracking number.

 

My order is taking longer than expected to arrive?

Once your order has left our studio and is in the hands of Australia Post, it is up to them to deliver it within the timeframe they have given us. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delayed or missing packages. Please liaise with the couriers directly if you have any issues and please have patience with your delivery, the couriers are working as hard as they can during this time.
